David W Tolleth

David Tolleth is a tax accountant and an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the Internal Revenue Service to represent clients before all IRS administrative levels for audits, collections, and appeals. He is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a Director of the New Jersey Society of Enrolled Agents.

David has 28 years of business experience and has held executive positions in several companies. He has consulted to Fortune 500 firms and sole proprietorships, typically advising executives on how to maximize the potential of their people and their financial resources.

David’s experience ranges from managing teams who designed and sold software systems worth more than $100 million to maintaining computer environments for small businesses. He lived with his family in Japan for six years and has done business in 10 countries around the world.

He earned his Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego. In addition, he attended the Advanced Management Program at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and attended the mini-MBA in Finance program from the AT&T School of Business and the Wharton School.

Since 2006 David has pursued an accounting career, taking advantage of his business management expertise and long-time passion to help people more successfully manage their businesses and personal finances. He now prepares tax returns for hundreds of individual and business clients each year.

David’s wife is an Elementary and Special Education teacher; they have two adult children.
